• What area's do you service?

We provide our home watch services in the West Penobscot Bay (Pen Bay) region of Mid-Coast Maine, this includes Stockton Springs, Searsport, Belfast, Northport, Lincolnville Beach and Camden along with many smaller areas in between. If you live just outside these areas, please give us a call to discuss if we can provide service to your location.

• What type of services do you provide?

We provide home monitoring and property management services for homeowners that leave the area for extended periods of time and would normally have an unattended house / property. No matter if you are a snowbird (leave for the entire winter), take extended vacations or just leave for a few months during certain times of the year; we can provide you with professional management services to give you peace of mind while you are away. • How often do we visit your home?

Twice a week and after every storm.

• What method of payment do you accept?

We accept personal or bank checks, money orders and cash.

• What sub-contractors do you use?

We support small business and use local licensed and insured contractors or we will call the contractor of your choice.
