Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Home Monitoring

  • Thermostat and house temperatures (we set and monitor to your specifications)
  • Oil and propane (tank levels are checked and we notify you when you have 1/4 tank remaining)
  • Refrigerator and freezer (checked on every inspection)
  • Circuit breaker panel (checked to make sure no breakers have been tripped)
  • Water Leakage (we thoroughly check for any evidence of a problem)
  • Evidence of rodents (we inspect for any sign of critter invasion)
  • Water faucet flow (if you leave your water on, we check for freezing or other issues)
  • Furnace (checked to ensure proper operation)
  • Hot water tank (if running, checked for proper operation and evidence of leakage)
  • Email and / or phone communication when any problem arises

     

• Security

  • Windows and doors (checked for tampering, broken glass and ensure everything is locked)
  • Storm damage (checked twice a week and after every storm)
  • Walkthrough and property (home and surrounding area checked at every inspection)

     

• Maintenance

  • Snow removal (small hand shoveling included, we call you if more is needed / required)
  • Roof raking (we monitor snow depth on your roof and notify you if removal is needed)
  • Light bulbs (replaced as needed at no extra cost)
  • Mail and deliveries (checked and received on your behalf)
  • We use only insured and reliable contractors or ones of your choosing
