My husband and I have a home in the area but are not able to live there full time. After a close call with the water system overflowing, we knew we needed help watching and caring for our Maine home. Frank came to our rescue and now watches our home when we are not in Maine. Frank helps coordinate contractor visits and makes sure the house is secure on a routine basis. We know Frank has our back. Though it might rain or snow or sleet or hale he’s in our home, regularly checking that all is OK, even if he has to shovel his way to the door to do it. It’s very reassuring, after a storm, to receive Frank’s email confirming that the heat is on, the doors and windows are secure, that the generator is gassed up and ready for an emergency. More than once, our security system giving a low-temperature alarm, Frank has responded promptly, acted in our stead, and done whatever was necessary to put things right.
